- Lead the specification, budgeting, scheduling, and commissioning of facility and equipment projects.
- Evaluate and enhance facility infrastructure and operational systems to boost performance.
- Ensure all projects meet codes and regulations while coordinating maintenance activities and overseeing contractor performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and strong understanding of building processes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
