Title: Quality Manager
Location: Starkville, MS 39759
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

- Develop, implement, and manage ISO and API-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Oversee internal/external audits and drive corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Manage quality across all production phases, including plasma cutting, welding, hydraulic assembly, and paint operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and engineers.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve quality issues and manage warranty claims.
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management required.
- 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record with ISO/API systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- CQE or Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
