Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Proven track record of representing clients in workers' compensation cases.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, judges, and hearing officers.
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work within strict deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
