We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and driven Permanent Workers Compensation Attorney to join our fast-paced and innovative legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who is passionate about advocating for the rights of injured workers. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation law, possessing a deep understanding of the intricacies of this field. You will work on a variety of challenging cases, offering legal advice, and representing clients in disputes against insurance companies. This role requires an individual who is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also committed to providing excellent client service and producing top-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of workers' compensation claims, including initial filing, appeals, hearings, and settlements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to build strong cases and provide sound legal advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate settlements and legal documentation.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and recent court decisions.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to case handling.
• Advocate passionately for the rights and interests of our clients at all times.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven track record of representing clients in workers' compensation cases.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, judges, and hearing officers.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work within strict deadlines.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
