We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a robust background in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing all phases of construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who has a strong understanding of the construction process, excellent people skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and adjust the plan as needed.
  3. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and construction team to define the scope of work, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  6. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  10. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  12. Evaluate and assess the results of the project, providing regular status reports to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  4. Excellent knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  5. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
  6. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
  7. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
  8. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  9. Excellent time and project management skills.
  10. Strong leadership and team building abilities.
