Are you a numbers person with a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment, where they will handle various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, managing budgets, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R). This role requires a proactive individual who can adapt to changes quickly, ensuring the financial operations of our business run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing company budgets, ensuring all financial activities are within set parameters.
2. Overseeing all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring payments are made and received in a timely manner.
3. Preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
4. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
5. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
6. Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve financial efficiency.
7. Monitoring financial transactions and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
8. Performing ad hoc financial analysis as required by management.
9. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting, A/P, and A/R.
3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
6. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
