Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

J.D. or similar plus:

• 8+ Years of Labor and Employment experience including litigation, Of Counsel , and transactional work
• Experience in the defense of class and collective actions, and PAGA claims
• Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code and State and Federal Laws
