Job Description

**Digital assessment test is required to be completed within 14 days of submitting application.
Duties and Responsibilities:1) Ensure Safety, Environmental, Quality requirements and "where applicable" ResponsibleSteel requirements are followed.2) Capable of conducting Alloy responsibilities in a safe manner3) Monitor and inspect incoming deliveries in accordance with requirements4) Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out throughout job areas and grounds5) Coordinate with scale house, operations and downstream operations with daily activities6) Support other departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvement efforts.7) Assist shift supervisor in achieving operational goals and ensuring crew safety while developing the skills.Qualifications:1) Quality and detail oriented2) Strong technical and analytical/ problem solving skills/ mechanically inclined3) Good insight into team dynamics and positive team player4) Good verbal communication skills; computer literate5) Ability to routinely lift and move objects during shift6) High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus7) Previous related experience preferredWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:This position requires the ability to routinely work in a hot environment with scheduled 12 rotating shifts, across weekends and published holidays. This position also requires repetitive stretching, reaching, walking and lifting50# to support routine responsibilities.Supervisory Responsibility:This position does not supervise others.
