Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead their human resources department. This role will be pivotal in shaping the organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that HR initiatives align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in developing innovative HR strategies and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, overseeing all aspects of the human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Collaboration:Partner with site management, regional shared services, and global HR process owners to develop HR strategies that support business goals.Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational design and restructuring initiatives.

Employee Relations:Serve as the first point of contact for all on-site employee relations issues, ensuring they are addressed fairly and legally.Collaborate with centralized HR shared services on complex employee matters to ensure consistent policy application.

Performance Management:Facilitate the performance management process at the site, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.Partner with regional HR shared services and global process owners on talent management strategies and succession planning.

Training and Development:Identify training needs and individual coaching requirements; participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs.Follow up to ensure training objectives are met, managing requests, budgets, and optimizing spend in collaboration with regional shared services.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures at the site level.Stay updated on employment laws and regulations; collaborate with the regional shared service HR team to maintain site-specific compliance.

Employee Benefits and Payroll:Provide strategic direction for employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS activities, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with business objectives.

Project Leadership:Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring that site-specific needs and perspectives are considered throughout the process.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Master's degree preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.Proven track record in change management and employee relations.Skills:Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
