The Front of House (FOH) Floor Manager is responsible forfostering and developing an exciting, positive, results-based environment forthe restaurant. The Front of House (FOH) Floor Manager must be pro-active in providing hands-onoperations and support to the staff via regular on the floor mentoring andcoaching. Accurately completing administrative tasks, operations, employeerelations, and payroll processes are also a key function of this role. Front of House (FOH) Floor Managers oversee daily operations whiledelivering great experiences to every guest every time they visit us. Weencourage our team members to be well-rounded and willing to do whatever ittakes to keep us running smoothly.

General Duties and Responsibilities:•Actively practice exceptionalhospitality, utilizing S.A.N.E., Finding the Yes, and Collecting and ConnectingDots.•Embody and practice the CompanyPurpose (Creating Happiness) and Four Core Qualities (Friendliness, Show,Delight and Promptness).•Follow standards ofservice/mystery shop standards with each and every guest, each and everytime.•Be a Creative Problem Solver-dowhat's needed to make the guest happy.•Attend all scheduled staffmeetings and supplemental training sessions, being attentive and taking noteswhen appropriate.•Arrive to work on time andconsistently follow shift schedule.•Be familiar with and follow allsafety protocol including emergency, COVID, health department/food safety, andalcohol awareness.•Maintain a positive workatmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes harmony withguests, co-workers, and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•A team player with a positive attitude.•Quick and flexible learner.•Attention to detail.•Communication and collaboration skills.•Advanced food, kitchen equipment and prepping knowledge.•Food handler's certification.•Lead the daily operations of caf and market.•Welcome and connect with every guest, provide friendly andpersonable service.•Ensure staff are compliant with proper time clock practices(including breaks) as well as in the proper uniform.•Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all positions that you overseeand maintain the ability to cover each position as needed.•Maintain knowledge of all our menus & products and demonstrateknowledge of dietary/allergy information and proper food handling.•Operate a POS register to complete customer transactions.•Assist the General Manager with projects and administrative tasks.•Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines through leadingby example as well as coaching and correcting staff.•Collaborate with and support fellow team members.•Ensure product displays are full and properly maintained.•Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front of house teamsand embody an environment of teamwork.•Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & apositive attitude and support team members so they can do the same.•Ensure the team completes all opening and closing duties andassist with duties as needed.•Working with foods and beverages.•Manage direct reports.•Organize and reviewweekly progress.•Flexibility andwillingness to adapt to changes.•Drivenand self-motivated.•Maintain customerprivacy, behave with open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity.•Contributes to long- andshort-form integration proposals and topline concepts.•Oversee operational softwareand operations.•Support the team on allintegrations and proposals.•Planning, designing, and executing projects.•Strong attention to detailand problem-solving ability.•Implement quality assurancestandards and provide accurate feedback.•Ensureperformance, reliability, functionality, and compatibility is up to companystandards.•Patience and theability to maintain a professional demeanor.•Performs otherrelated duties as assigned.•Enforcehealth and safety precautions.
