We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a background in manufacturing to join our team in the Brazos Valley. The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resource operations and implement HR initiatives in alignment with business goals. This role will focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing roles.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, including safety regulations specific to manufacturing environments. Administer company policies and procedures.Support the performance review process by working with supervisors and managers to evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans when needed.Assist in creating and delivering employee training programs to ensure workforce development and adherence to industry-specific safety standards.Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs. Address employee inquiries related to benefits.Maintain HR data and generate reports to track key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and job satisfaction.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Experience:1-4 years

Qualifications:3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and compliance, with a focus on safety and labor regulations in manufacturing settings.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.Ability to handle complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and timekeeping software.
