As

Director of Sales for EV Charging Deployment , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market penetration for our EV charging solutions across the United States. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and a deep understanding of the electric vehicle industry.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Leadership

Spearhead strategic business development initiatives within the Electric Vehicle charging industry across the United States for our clients.

Identify, evaluate, and pursue all potential business development opportunities in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector.

Assume full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle for program opportunities.

Act as the primary point of contact for all Business Development activities with our Electric Vehicle (EV) clients.

Report on emerging program opportunities within client offices and collaborate closely with Vice Presidents to facilitate new sales and project expansions.

Financial Management and Reporting

Oversee the financial management of Electric Vehicle (EV) programs, including sales, revenue recognition, profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, forecasting, purchase order (PO) management, unbilled transactions, and accounts receivable.

Assign the responsibility of developing and maintaining project schedules for internal and external reporting to managers.

Conduct internal deployment meetings to review project statuses and implement necessary changes for timely completion.

Perform annual performance reviews, including goal setting, career development, and continuous feedback.

Personnel Management

Supervise daily operations of multiple project teams operating within the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.

Support team members by providing shared knowledge, training, and mentorship related to their project responsibilities.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among peers by engaging with other company leadership.

Strategic Collaboration

Collaborate closely with company leadership to support the development and execution of market strategies in business development, production, and program management within the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector.

Requirements:

Qualifications

5+ years of overall professional experience, including a few years in business development, sales, operations, and leadership.

Strong experience and skills in building and managing teams to accomplish a common goal.

Possess practical expertise across all disciplines related to EV charging deployment, encompassing site acquisition, land use, construction management, environmental considerations, electrical systems, civil and structural engineering, as well as general contracting services.

Professional and comprehensive understanding of project management principles that are relevant and applicable.

Professional and comprehensive understanding of financial reporting of project results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and delivering effective presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Cross-disciplinary collaborations and interactions with external vendors.

Proven ability to effectively lead multiple assignments, including managing multiple project teams or overseeing separate client offices concurrently.

Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and mediation.
