Recruiting Coordinator

oversees the overall hiring process with the recruiting team. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills are needed to manage a variety of functions related to the recruitment process.

If applicable: Education/Certification(s):

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferredPreferred Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or RecruitingRecruiting duties include but are not limited to:

Utilization and management of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within a HRIS systemAnswer phone calls and communicate with applicants, including screening of applicantsProcess open job requestsEnsure Candidates application and forms are completedContact Candidates to schedule interviewsAbility to source Candidates from different resourcesProcess applications and Background ChecksSend offer letters, schedule orientation, and send onboarding information to candidatesConduct market analysis for each job opening to determine pay rates and relevant search terms for advertisementsResearch local hiring insights to increase visibility of job postingsCoordinate and participate in hiring eventsWork with other departments to develop and create recruiting posts for media advertisementsMonitor recruiting budgetWork strategically with the team to research and implement changes to ensure continuous improvementAssist in the development of the recruiting personnel, coaching, mentoring and training employeesAssist in submitting reports, analytics to upper managementPresentations in a group settingAssist with problem solvingAll other duties as assignedBenefits:

Must be knowledgeable and familiar with all aspects of recruiting, including ATS and HRISKnowledge of job boards and social media to reach applicantsMust have high level of customer service knowledgeMust be organized, have time management skills and be able to work independentlyNeed to be adaptable and have different responsibilities given periodicallyExcellent written and verbal communication along with exceptional interpersonal skillsProficient in working with computers, learning new applications, and data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentialityAbility to manage workload and prioritize multiple projectsAbility to travel when needed
