Eagle Global Scientific, LLC (EGS) is seeking a Management Analyst to support the

Defense Health Agency’s Research and Engineering Directorate (R&E)

via Hybrid schedule (both remote and onsite in Falls Church, VA).The Defense Health Agency’s Research and Engineering Directorate (R&E) leads the discovery of innovative medical solutions responsive to the needs of Combatant Commands, the military Services, and the Military Health System by guiding research investments in military health and medicine that lead to solutions for enhancing future warfighter health and readiness. The R&E Initiatives Group (REIG) provides specialized advisory and executive support to senior leadership including the development of communication products, strategic engagement planning, and the coordination and management of leadership priorities. The REIG requires an individual who can provide management support and advisory services to senior leaders in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of military health system. The candidate must be able to analyze data sets, synthesize findings and recommendations, and develop materials for R&E senior leaders to support decision making, engagements, and special projects.Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support across REIG workstreams of Congressional Support, Communications, and Strategic Initiatives.In coordination with REIG leadership, assist in the development of presentations, papers, and tasking responses.Manage administrative operations of the REIG including records management, meeting minutes, scheduling, task tracking, and coordination.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process flowcharts, and similar resources to support REIG operations.Prepare and coordinate R&E directorate-level reports required by DHA senior leaders.Assist with high-priority or sensitive tasks disseminated exclusively amongst senior leaders.Develop and implement management tools that support data-driven decision making.Support the execution of R&E strategic goals and priorities, managing projects through the initiation, planning, execution, monitor/control, and closure phases.Manage various synchronization activities between R&E HQ and its divisions including senior staff meeting action items.Provide coordination and quality control for congressional tasks and responses.Design graphics for R&E senior leadership communication products.Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills):2 years of experience in a DoD headquarters environment.Fluency with MS Office products.Ability to identify sensitive material and manage it appropriately.Experience leading or executing projects collaboratively in a large, complex organization.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple timelines and competing tasks.Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills):Defense Health Agency or Military Health System experience.Experience directly supporting a Flag/General Officer.Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills.Experience writing instructions, standard operating procedures, or similar internal management documents.
