Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating the hiring processAssist with new employee onboarding and orientationManage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievancesAssist with performance management process, including performance reviews and development plansEnsure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR filesAssist with HR reporting and analysisAdminister employee benefits programsAssist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAssist with employee training and development initiativesRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar HR role is requiredKnowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulationsProficient in MS Office SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
