About the Opportunity:The Senior Manager of Transformation will partner directly with the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to drive substantial growth and change throughout Hornblower Group as a part of the Value Capture Program (VCP). They will demonstrate disciplined initiative delivery with senior leaders throughout the company and work with the leadership team and Board to prioritize investments and resources to achieve Hornblower's full potential. They will independently drive the transformation process across multiple workstreams and ensure real impact from the VCP is captured and communicated.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Progresses the VCP pipeline.Knows what is in the VCP pipeline by stage and understands what needs to be accomplished to create initiatives for implementation.Develops detailed understanding of the current state of the business (products, operations, support functions) to identify opportunities to further grow and improve.Drives strategic analyses with the leadership team to create business cases/proposals and action plans to implement and realize the benefits.Partners with Finance to quantify impact and measurement of initiatives.Drives VCP cadence with owned workstreams (split with CTO) and ensures process compliance.Coordinates, prepares, and reviews materials for all elements of the rigorous VCP cadence and progress tracking.Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the Transformation meetings.Produces relevant documents for internal communication and review of VCP highlights.Tracks Workstream actions from meetings and coordinates with Workstream Sponsors and Leads to ensure execution.Drives change management within the organization.Develops training on the VCP alongside comms and CTO.As initiatives are implemented, ensures there are actions and champions in place to ensure there is sustained change.Conducts feedback sessions with teams to ensure smooth working experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:High performing generalist with 3+ years transformation, continuous improvement and/or strategy consulting experience.Bachelor of Science Degree Preferred.Strong project and program management skills working across multiple divisions, departments and projects.Executive communication experience.Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.Strong coaching skills.Ability to build complex business cases utilizing several data sources.Strong ability to structure problems and resolve roadblocks.Demonstrable experience with financial modeling and forecasting.Must be comfortable working both independently and as a member of the team.Track record of having successfully led multiple large-scale projects.Travel and Transportation experience preferred.
