JOB DESCRIPTIONJoin our innovative team as a Technical Support Manager, where you'll manage post-implementation technical support processes for Manhattan Customer Services Organization projects. In this role, you will coordinate a cross-functional team of supply chain consultants and analysts dedicated to resolving software defects, providing configuration assistance, addressing operational and data issues, and developing modifications and extensions. You will set daily objectives, monitor employee progress, provide mentoring, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to hiring and promotion decisions to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day work requests with our India teams and actively participate in status meetings with the support team. You'll oversee projects from initiation through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving critical business, technical, and operational issues. Building professional relationships with both clients and internal team members is essential to this role, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, information systems or related technical field5 years of progressively responsible experience developing, supporting or implementing application software in any supply chain domain3 years of experience with database troubleshooting and developing in SQL or related relational database3 years of experience developing in Unix, Linux or Windows operating systemsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Prior experience with WM (warehouse management) products or a supply chain backgroundStrong collaborative/analytical skills with the ability to resolve sophisticated issues in a fast pace and ambitious environment.Strong focus on leadership, processes, client management and client satisfaction#LI-MO1Committed to diversity and inclusion
