We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Permanent Pricing Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all pricing activities for all accounts, preparing and analyzing customer and product margin/profit reports, and representing the pricing department in all quoting meetings. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in manufacturing pricing, while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead all pricing activities for all accounts, ensuring the most competitive and profitable pricing strategies are implemented.
  2. Represent the pricing department in all quoting meetings, ensuring all pricing-related issues and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Prepare and analyze customer and product margin/profit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive profitability and growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to develop and execute effective pricing strategies.
  5. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and changes in pricing strategies.
  6. Utilize JD Edwards or ERP System to manage and analyze pricing data effectively.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide training and guidance to other team members on pricing strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing pricing, preferably in a leadership role.
  3. Proficiency in JD Edwards or ERP System.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex pricing information to a variety of audiences.
  6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the most favorable pricing for the company.
  7. Proven ability to lead and manage pricing activities for multiple accounts.
  8. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
