Partner-level Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Partner-level Litigation Attorney for its Concord location. The Partner-level Litigation Attorney will play a key role in the firm's litigation practice, bringing extensive experience in various areas of law including personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law. A portable book of business is required. The position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute significantly to the growth and success of the firm.Duties:Manage and oversee complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas.Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.Lead client consultations, negotiations, and courtroom appearances.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives.Stay updated on relevant legal developments and best practices.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.10+ years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.Portable book of business.Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.Skills:Litigation strategy and management.Legal analysis and research.Client representation and advocacy.Leadership and mentorship.Business development and marketing.Relationship building.Time management and organization.Team collaboration.
