We are now looking for a full-time
Technical Service Analyst
to join our RELEX family! In this role, you'll have the chance to contribute your skills and expertise to the team, making a real impact on our ongoing success. We are seeking individuals with a passion for technical troubleshooting, SQL (or other programming languages), and providing value to customers.

Join us as a Service Analyst, and this is some of what you'll be doing:
Investigate issues in the applications and hosted windows server infrastructure.Handle escalations from the 1st line support teamMaintain integrations between RELEX and customer backend systemsWork closely and communicate with relevant internal & external stakeholdersImprove service phase work within and across the teamsWe're looking for:
Some experience in programming/database/query languages & tool skills (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages & tools skills) - you will need to be able to read and understand the code but will not be coding yourselfTechnical Troubleshooting experienceExperience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and then translating those into technical solutionsExperience in Windows Server environmentsExperience of working with external customersUnderstanding of how Support Services functionFluent English skillsWhat we consider as an advantage:
Proven track record of successful client work and implementationsKnowledge of application monitoring and distributed systemsExperience in either supply chain management and/or business analyticsBilingual in Spanish/EnglishOur US Office:
