You know how to help an ACD get the most out of their team - and you know how to get involved with a team of junior creatives to help them over a hump.You’ll supervise a full-spectrum creative team: ideators (designers and writers), ACDs, Designers, and Technology experts.You’re thinking about the team and its capabilities - addressing skills gaps, training talent, and keeping the pipeline fresh - bringing in new talent to grow a team that’s rapidly expanding.You’re an outstanding pitcher and want to be the creative face of the agency to your own portfolio of brands.
