Developer

to join their team.

This is a remote/ full-time/contract positionHourly based on experience: $65-72/HR

As a Salesforce Developer , you will work with Senior Salesforce Developers, Technical Leads, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. Develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needsParticipate in the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC applicationDeliver support and solutions for break/fix issuesCommunicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutionsPerform Salesforce administration (create accounts/profiles, define fields, update layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.) and developmentAbility to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvalsHandle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutionsMonitor Salesforce.com usage for complianceMaintain security for Salesforce.com dataInterface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work productsMaintain App Exchange platformsResearch integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staffResearch and development of new Salesforce.com prototypes and applicationsResearch and keep current on force.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs to leadershipPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of applicationsBuild client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with the clientParticipate and engage in all team meetingsDocument best practices and operational proceduresFacilitate continuous improvement within the environmentRequired

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution2+ years of experience with Salesforce development5+ years of experienceFunctional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirementsEligible to obtain and maintain and government security clearanceSalesforce certification(s)Preferred Skills
