Primary FunctionsManage the company's technology software providers:POS: NetSuiteCRM: NetSuiteERP: NetSuiteOffice Software: O365, Adobe, TeamsWMS: Oracle WMSVOIP: Vonage
Manages assigned IT projects to ensure the budget, schedule, and scope of the project.Manage and support the implementation of new software and hardware, including enhancements to current programs.Identify opportunities for improvements and research, evaluate, and recommend IT solutions to include costs/benefit analysis, user requirements, software updates, etc.Train team members on technology innovationsPurchase hardware for all locationsManage all remote locations technology needsEnsure the security of all dataProvide technology support for all team members as neededCommunication and collaboration with between all departmentsImplement processes to identify and mitigate information risks within the companyManage technology team members.Supervisory Responsibilities
Hires and trains members of the technology teamAssigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of projectsOversees the day-to-day workflow of the departmentHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policyRequirements
Required Skills/Abilities
Organized with attention to detailExcellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough understanding of project management principles and planningThorough understanding of information technology procedures and practicesProficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industryProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAbility to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely mannerAbility to work independentlyEducation And Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a technology management positionExperience in Retail and Warehouse Management a plus but not requiredPhysical Requirements
The ability to lift up to 25 poundsThe ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computerThe ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipmentThe ability to communicate, converse with and express information in person, by phone and through other technologyThe ability to travel by car or place up to 20% of the timeThe ability to operate a vehicleThe ability to maintain a regular and punctual schedule
