The Scrum Master is responsible for managing projects that drive operational excellence. Working with internal and external stakeholders, this position will be responsible for setting the framework required to meet project objectives. The Scrum Master is part of the Information Technology team and is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget. This position works closely with key business partners and leadership, vendors and the balance of the organization to build strong working relationships.

Demonstrated self-starting leader with ability to see the vision and drive frequent and continual organizational change and improvement to accomplish world-class service and superior qualityProven ability to formulate and execute strategic and tactical organizational and operational plans to improve operational performance and support corporate goalsExperience with creation of process maps documenting current and future state business practicesProven ability to identify, collect and analyze operations performance data, market research data, and other related data to improve performanceExcellent written, presentation and oral communication skillsProven track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization (i.e. analyze opportunities/risks, develop and execute related action plans and deliver results), highly organized and disciplined5 or more years of Scrum Master experience.Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field requiredPMP certification and/or training preferredExperience managing large-scale projects and service providersOperational experience in a mortgage operations environment preferredPhysical Demands & Working Conditions
