With our recent PMA approval from the FDA, we are preparing to grow our team - it's a great time to join Endotronix WHAT YOU'LL DO The ERP Administrator will be responsible for technical support, user management, and system maintenance of Syteline (Infor CSI) to ensure optimal system performance. This role will be critical in facilitating seamless operations cross-functionally within the organization, optimizing user experience, and supporting integrations with Salesforce, EAA, and other tools in the Endotronix tech stack. This is an onsite position based in Naperville, Illinois. Join existing ERP implementation team and quickly come up to speed on project scope and upcoming milestones in the project timeline. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user instructions. Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with transition from existing systems to Syteline, new user onboarding, and ongoing user education. Oversee the daily operations of Infor Syteline, ensuring system availability and performance. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issue Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access to the ERP system. Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries and support requests. Diagnose and resolve issues reported by users, collaborating with IT and vendor support when necessary. Work closely with cross-functional team to identify opportunities for process improvements within the ERP system. Facilitate the integration of Infor Syteline with Salesforce to streamline data flow and enhance customer relationship management. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate data synchronization between ERP and reporting software. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Required: At least 3 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably with Infor Syteline. Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
