Position Overview
Fusion Innovation is seeking technical support and assistance in maintaining multiple technology-focused Communities of Interest (COI's). These efforts will advance high-priority technology goals, and tasks may include tracking programmatic progress and deadline, developing and maintaining internal and external knowledge management systems and websites, and providing organizational support and structure to large intra-agency efforts with multiple stakeholders, goals, and responsibilities. The candidate will assist with managing key engagements with commercial partners and ensure taking points and backgrounders are available. The successful candidate will help identify successes and progress to share with senior leaders.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with PolygraphBachelor's Degree in an applicable field (four years of experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least eight years of experience.Record of accomplishment in planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.Ability to recognize and properly protect highly sensitive compartmented information.Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence; the ability to interact with senior government and corporate leadership on a routine basis.Strong knowledge management skills, including basic website design and maintenance.Desired Skills
2+ years supporting sensitive commercial relationships.2+ years of education or experience in at least one technical area related to next-generation wireless communications including 5G, 6G, ORAN, and LED satellites; advanced computing, including quantum, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and high performance computing; biotechnology, including neuroscience, human DNA forensics. and genomics, and synthetic biology; or microelectronics including semiconductors.
