We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly driven Product Owner to support and lead the R&H business requirements backlog as part of Frontline Education's HCM Portfolio. You would own and drive all components from feature idea through design, deployment, and operations, while working in an exciting, fast-paced, agile environment.

This role reports to the Group Product Manager and works closely with Development, Architecture, UX Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Partners to deliver solutions that simplify the daily work life of the front line of education.

ResponsibilitiesLive and breathe the software product backlog; owning, creating, refining and prioritizing business requirementsCollaboratively work with multiple Scrum teams to estimate, groom and plan for the highest priority featuresParticipate in Sprint planning, daily Scrum stand-ups and Sprint retrospectivesConduct customer validation sessions to ensure prioritized features meet customer needsPartner with the UX team through research and customer validation to ensure we are solving the problems in the right wayProvide support, decision-making, and validation during design and developmentEnsure requirements, project status, and release notes are properly documentedTrain and support internal stakeholders on existing, under development, and new feature/functionWork collaboratively with the Frontline product teams to support product vision and strategyOther responsibilities as required by FrontlineCompetencies

3 years working with software solutionsProven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget.Experience with a SaaS application preferably as part of an HRMS or applicant tracking system.Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in a Business, Computer Science or related field.Experience with Agile development methodologiesAbility to translate market needs into clear and detailed software requirementsK12 experience highly regardedOccasional travel required (~10%)Working knowledge of product strategy and key business results (Bookings, Retention, Operational Efficiency), including but not limited to:
