Position description:
*This is an in-office position based out of our location in Andover, MA*
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst you will assist with collecting and articulating requirements for the development and quality assurance teams. As a Business Analyst you will work in a cross-team collaboration to define and communicate functional development details while organizing all project related documentation in project tracking software. You will familiarize yourself with the scope, objectives, and architecture of each project to gain a cohesive, detailed, and accurate understanding. Business Analysts must have focused attention to detail and must work well in teams as well as independently. Your primary responsibility is to gather and analyze business requirements to produce functional specifications that clearly define scope as well as the cases. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Facilitate cross-department communication.-Translate business requirements into detailed, functional requirements.-Develop and define technical product requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.-Act as the functional point of contact for development and QA teams.-Proactively seek out gaps and issues and make recommendations to functionality.-Organize items in TFS accordingly, i.e., Epic > Feature > User Story > Bug/Issue etc.-Work with UX team to ensure that functional requirements and UX requirements are in sync.

Requirements:
College Degree in relevant field preferred3+ years of experience in business analyst, data analytics, project management, or technical related field requiredExperience in agile and scrum preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative environmentStrong analytical and documentation processing skillsAbility to understand and discuss technical conceptsExperience with agile project management software, i.e., TFS, JIRA, or similarWorking knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
