About the Role:

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Norwell is looking for an Assistant Director to join our team! Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. The Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Assistant Director assists in the overall quality and fiscal management of the PHP program. The Assistant Director, in collaboration with or in the absence of the Director PHP, assures that clinical services are in full compliance with applicable regulations and payer contract specifications. This role delivers direct services to clients, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and performs administrative duties required in program management.
