A food distribution company with locations around the US is currently looking for a Service Desk Technician to add to add to their growing team. This individual will be focused on taking inbound calls from their customers who are having technical issues with the companys internal proprietary systems. An ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, prior call center experience and some technical aptitude.Contract Duration: 6-12 monthsRequired Skills & Experience1+ years of technical support/customer service experiencePrior experience talking customer support callsAbility to relay highly technical information to less technical individualsExperience adapting in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressurePrior expeirence working with a ticketing system and documenting interactionsDesired Skills & Experience
