Our team is eager to learn, fast-paced, and quality-driven-if that sounds like you, Synergy has a position for you!This position is designated as work-from-home/remote.Essential Functions & Duties:Lead and manage large IT enterprise projects with teams of 10 or more members, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Utilize expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, Appian, or other approved DTC Ecosystem vendor platforms to design and implement technical solutions.Oversee large-scale Low Code/No Code (LCNC) platform deployments, leveraging extensive experience and deep understanding of these platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop technical strategies, and ensure effective execution of solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for platform architecture and system design.Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and team members.Ability to develop and implement strategic technical solutions.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Required Certifications & Technical Stack:Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect in Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, Appian, or an approved DTC Ecosystem vendor platform.Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience managing large IT enterprise projects with 10 team members or more.Industry-recognized Administrator certificate for the respective Center of Excellence (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).Extensive experience (a minimum of five years) with large-scale Low Code/No Code (LCNC) platform deployments.Required Citizenship or Work Authorization:

US Citizen. Ability to obtain Public Trust.Required Education & Experience:

10 years of experience and a master's degree in a computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00.Essential Job Function Physical Requirements:
