Job Description:Gathering feature requestsDetermining the overall vision of productsDefining the features of the product according to customer requirements.Leading the development process by creating a product roadmap based on this vision.Managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients' preferencesWriting project specifications and user storiesCommunicating with technical teams and users to determine their needs and prioritiesCoordinating sprintsCarrying out tests with the technical teamsValidating or rejecting the results of the testsPreparing strategy and presenting ideas for stakeholdersServing as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholdersLooking after all the stages of product creation including design and developmentBefore the product is released, each iteration is adjusted and improved.Locating areas that want improvement.Excellent understanding of the principles of user-centred design.Knowledge of design quality guidelinesScheduling releasesCollaboration with Product teams to build business requirements and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with and empower a cross-functional team of designers, developers, testers and others to develop, implement, and release in alignment with product roadmaps.Translate internal and external customer requirements into small value user stories consumed by the development teamManage, prioritize, and assess the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, non-functional requirements through the product backlog4 to 6years of optimally leading as a product owner or equivalent experienceAbility to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.Desired / Good to have:
