Job Title: Driver and Production AssociateReports to: Brewery Operations ManagerSalary Range: 18-25/Hour based on experience

Description/Expectations:

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking an organized and resourceful individual to join our team as a Production Associate and Driver..This is an entry level position that supports the daily activities of brewing, cellaring, packaging and delivering beer. This role supports the warehouse, brewers, cellar staff and packaging staff by preparing work areas and materials, breaking down workstations, and performing regular cleaning tasks. A clean driving record is required. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience and training in a production brewery!Essential Functions and Duties:Responsible for delivering goods between various locations as assigned by the Brewery Operations ManagerAssists the organization, loading and unloading of our own freight vehiclesEnsures the safe and reliable operation of all associated vehicles and machineryAssists the setup, cleaning and breakdown of workstationsAssists in the performance of preventative maintenance and cleaning of work areasMaintains organization of necessary tools and partsPacking of variety packsYeast maintenance and disposalAssisting the Kegging team as needed, writing out keg collars, loading/unloading the keg racker, externally cleaning dirty kegsAssisting the packaging, cellar, maintenance and/or warehouse teams as neededJob Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day.Ability to bend, move, twist, and reach with arms, legs, & torso.Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled/refrigerated environment.Ability to maintain professionalism in a high pressure environment.Strong organizational skills.Previous experience driving a box truck is a plus.Previous warehouse and forklift experience is a plus.Ability to drive a manual transmission box truck a plusMultilingual (English, Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus, but not required.Knowledge of the craft beer industry and appreciation of the culture that goes with it.Strong communication skills, both with management and fellow associates.Experience with Google suite and/or Microsoft office suite of applications.Benefits:
