Job Summary ***Relocation and housing are not provided for these positions. *** Field customer requests and engineer solutions that conform to their budget and timeline. Efficient time management and a sense of urgency are critical to being successful. This position requires a mechanical understanding and aptitude particularly in the area of control valves and piping. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Interface directly with customers via phone and email to provide engineered solutions, technical support, and order management Engineer complete solutions for customer process control needs Work with the Application Engineering team to learn the technical aspects of the job as well as the principles of account management Manage the complete sales cycle including pre-sales engagement and prospecting, engineering, quotation development, order processing and administration, product assembly and shipment, invoicing, and payment Document information related to customer requests Manage project documentation and technical submittals Develop a proficient understanding of our business system, including the ability to investigate problems and suggest creative solutions

1. Be enrolled in an accredited university and actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel and Word). Working knowledge of database programs (i.e. IFS, Salesforce, Outlook) preferable. Effective interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills required. Must be very customer focused.
