NPI Sr. Technical Program Manager for re-manufacturing will work closely with different cross-functional teams to properly define and sustain a remanufacturing system and ensuring proper interactions between the different organizations such as NPI, Manufacturing, Production control, Logistics, Material planning. And will ensure proper interactions between systems as well (SAP, MES, Service, Delmia, Manufacturing process, etc.).

You will be in charge of coordinate every engineering change affecting remanufacturing and potentially battery pack line. You will need to develop holistic knowledge of the product, production processes, remanufacturing process and manufacturing technologies in order to understand and mitigate risks, as well as to recognize optimization opportunities as well as coordinate and effectively run meetings to resolve issues related to product changes or remanufacturing process definition.

You Will:Understand product and part design and the impact of design changesCoordinate the definition and execution of the powertrain remanufacturing process and systems integration (SAP, MES, Service, Delmia, Manufacturing process, etc.)Manage cross functional team to achieve a proper re-manufacturing system implementation, define program, establish KPIs, define escalation path with required stakeholdersEnsure re-manufacturing system is properly setup for sustaining and maintenance and ensure resources are allocatedParticipate in Engineering Change Request meetings to understand the scope of changes and determine assessment criteria based on the nature of approved changesDevelop standardized methodologies and procedures for pre-release testing, trialing, and validating new productsGain holistic knowledge of the product, production processes, remanufacturing process and manufacturing technologies in order to understand and mitigate risks, as well as to recognize optimization opportunitiesWork with affected teams to understand the critical actions necessary for successful introduction of new features, capabilities, and products, and ensure those needs will be met ahead of deploymentMaintain and communicate project timelinesCoordinate and effectively run meetings to resolve issues related to product changes or remanufacturing process definitionManage material cut-over activityManage the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM)Throughout the NPI process, you will look for opportunities to improve the process and qualityCoordinate any training and documentation required as a result of the changeYou Bring:

Bachelor's Degree required8+ years of experience8+ years in New Product Introduction or Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering requiredExperience in the automotive industry or product design is a mustExperience in Powertrain product design or NPI is a mustAbility to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environmentsPossesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the companyWorking knowledge of CatiaPossess knowledge and experience across multiple functions within product design and manufacturingWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time
