Beds: Dependent on unit, 270 for hospital – FLOAT POOL POSITIONRequired experience: 1.5 years general nursing experience (system requirement)BSN requiredMUST BE PCU LEVEL RN, willing to float to MedSurg/TeleWill you accept a first-time traveler? Only if previous float pool experience and 2+ years experience, otherwise travel experience requiredTravelers must live >100 miles away from facilitythis is a float pool position – floating throughout various units within Rapid City location – within or below scope of practice (to include MedSurg)If traveler has experience outside of this Intermediate Care – please include this is your offer details, for example:ICU RN qualified to float to EDPCU RN qualified to float to ICURequired Certifications:RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSSRequired Education:BSN requiredSkills required:PCU level RN – willing to float to Med/Tele – this is a float pool position throughout scope of practiceMust have experience with titration of all drips below – please ask manager approval prior to offer if traveler is not completely comfortableCommon titratable drips:Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Levo, Dopamine, InsulinCardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration, CIWA, drain/tube management, indwelling and straight catheter insertion/management, continuous bladder irrigation, chest tube maintenanceExperience with Cardiac procedural recovery (CABG/TAVR/post Cardiac Cath), MI pharmacology, Heparin gtts-276639
