Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Delran, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs and will work collaboratively within the educational setting to promote effective communication and learning. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students speech, language, and communication skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language processing, and cognitive-communication impairments. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and address any concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans. Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid New Jersey licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
