You are degreed and have at least five or more years of experience in a law firm environment. Trial experience is preferred, as well as an advanced degree (JD or MBA).Detail-oriented. A strong work ethic is essential to being successful in the role.Approachable. You have excellent interpersonal skills and work well with others.Communicator.
