LOOKING FOR A

PART TIME RECRUITER

(CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) (24 hours per week/100% on site 3 days per week)

DUTIES

Utilizing multiple sourcing channels such as job boards and social media, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various construction field roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, initial phone screens, setting up in-person interviews for managers, offers, initial drug screening, new hire orientation, new employee file set up, data entry of new hire information into Vista Viewpoint, etc.

Partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements.

Participate at select job fairs and/or other recruiting events to enhance our brand and attract qualified job candidates.

Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment sites to ensure accurate and efficient processing.

Assist HR Director with "sourcing" of administrative/professional candidates aligning with current strategy, process, and needs.

Assist with Spanish translation duties.

Assist with company events throughout the year.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency.

3+ years recruiting experience preferably in construction.

Bilingual-Proficient with both English and Spanish: Reading, writing and speaking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent Organization and Time Management skill sets.

Intermediate skillset with applicable software (Outlook calendar, MS Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.)
