$82,500.00 - $150,000.00 per yearCoughlin & Gerhart, LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time New York State admitted associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our Trusts & Estates and Real Estate practice groups.Coughlin & Gerhart offers mentoring, a competitive salary with structured bonus program for associates, an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, 401(k), profit-sharing plan, paid time off, and a safe and collaborative workplace, including some remote work opportunities.Trusts & Estates RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent the firm’s client in the estate planning process.Draft various estate planning and trust administration documents.Assist clients with trust funding and advise accordingly.Understanding of Surrogate’s Court, including court filings and process.Manage trust and probate administration case matter and meet deadlines.Real Estate RESPONSIBILITIES:
