We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Real Estate/Trust & Estates Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, providing legal advice and services to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate planning and real estate law, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of trust and estate planning, including the development and implementation of estate plans, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters, including the preparation of estate tax returns and the resolution of estate and trust disputes.
  • Assist clients with real estate transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in connection with the formation, operation, and dissolution of real estate entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on a wide range of trust, estate planning, and real estate law issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and provide exceptional client service.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in trust and estate planning and real estate law.
  • Exceptional knowledge of trust, estate planning, and real estate law, with a proven ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Strong drafting, negotiating, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with sensitive client information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to participate in business development activities.
  • Proficiency in the use of legal research software and other relevant technology.
