Job Description:•As a Workfront Business analyst, you will bring considerable functional product expertise to deliver effective Workfront solutions to clients•Your main responsibility will be Requirement Gathering on Workfront implementations, and lead Workfront discussions with business teams•You will interact with key business and IT teams and lead all the requirement discussions•BA should be working closely with Business team to understand their requirement. once requirements are finalized, complete respective User stories and work with development team to drive scope lock freeze calls as per given timelines so that they can start their development work and in case they have any doubts/concerns work with them to take it to closure.•BA should be actively involved during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), work closely with Business team and help to execute all test cases and make sure it is getting logical closure.•During UAT, in case any issues are logged, work with IT team and make sure they are getting closed on time so that Business team can retest and close it.
Basic qualifications:•7+ years of relevant experience•Should have experience in Adobe Workfront Projects•Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow Requirements•Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills•Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills•Experience in Agile•Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, product owners, management, and senior leadership)
Preferred qualifications:•Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors)•Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies; developing "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents.
