Looking for capture experts in one of the following: Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).What’s the mission?

End-to-end pursuit leadershipStrategic partnering across industry and vendorsGap identification and analysis driving to unique and competitive solutionsDevelopment of capture plans including technical, management, past performance, and pricing strategies and win themesRobust customer engagement leading to shaping successesWin theme and discriminator development proficiencyExperience leading storyboard and color team reviewsEffective use of cross business area / cross sector solutioning and resource loading to increase PWIN and drive best in class solutionsExperienced in briefings to senior leadershipFinancial acumen both in New Business Fund management and strategic pricingStrong collaboration and team building skillsConversant in strategic teaming and customer relationship buildingLong term strategy developmentRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
Proactive aptitude and desire to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environmentSuccessful experience both managing and winning large (>$50M award) programs for the Federal Civilian marketspaceWorking knowledge of solution development for one of the aforementioned FedCiv customers for IT, Cloud, or Cyber technologiesExperience with various capture contract types and pricing strategies, including competitor assessmentsDemonstrated success in leading multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycleAbility and desire to build and document data-driven capture strategies and plansAbility to lead diverse matrixed teams comprised of Solution Architects, Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and functional support teams to develop compelling, competitive solutions for customersAbility to develop strategic pricing strategiesKnowledge of customer community, relationships, and experience with procurement organizations in the Federal Civilian communityFederal contracting and procurement experience and knowledgeAbility to communicate (written/oral) at the most senior levels of government and with internal executivesAbility to think strategicallyAbility to negotiate effectively with customers, industry partners, and teammatesExperienced and/or certified in Shipley or other industry-recognized capture methodologiesActive TS/SCI requiredPay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $164,000 - $278,800Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits
