Montrose Behavioral Health , based in the heart of Chicago, Illinois, consists of two newly built, state-of-the-art inpatient mental health hospitals. Both facilities are conveniently located in downtown Chicago, just steps from Lake Michigan, ensuring accessible care for the surrounding community.Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital for Kids, located on North Clarendon Ave, offers 60 inpatient beds dedicated to the mental health needs of children and adolescents.Montrose Behavioral Health Adult Facility, located on North Marine Drive, provides 101 inpatient beds for adults.Both hospitals offer a full continuum of care, including inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Oversee one or more departments to ensure efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services.Implement and manage programs that foster employee commitment to quality and service excellence.Actively contribute to strategic planning initiatives, including regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts.Serve as the acting facility leader in the absence of the CEO.Support the CEO in developing, communicating, and executing effective strategies and processes across the organization.Lead departmental staff, including recruitment, development, training, performance management, and communication, to ensure optimal team performance and operational efficiency.Assist in budget management, ensuring departments operate within financial limits.Analyze operational processes to align with business objectives and meet patient care needs.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required.Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years or more in a leadership role in a related field is required.Five or more years of hands-on clinical or hospital operations in the behavioral health field with supervisory and personnel management experience.P&L responsibilities over service lines and/or departments.Licenses/Designations/Certifications

Independent clinical licensure in CA (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred.Compensation for roles at San Jose Behavioral Health varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, San Jose Behavioral Health provides a reasonable salary range for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.Role Location: CaliforniaSalary Range for role: $150,000-$180,000 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
