a passionate User Experience (UX) Designer

to join our team! As a UX Designer, you'll join our diverse and growing design system practice, as we continue our modernization journey across the company. You will represent the voice of our users, championing their needs every step of the way throughout the product development lifecycle.Our Impact:

We work with our design, technology, and business partners to deliver successful product outcomes, using a methodical human-centered design approach.We provide research, analysis, and design support for a robust portfolio of enterprise applications, identifying key opportunities to deliver value and reduce risk.We ensure our customer experiences are as thoughtful, effortless, and enjoyable as possible.Your Impact:

Create a unified, cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for all of Freddie Mac Multifamily's digital products.Plan strategically as a partner with engineering, product, and brand to define the future of design systems at Freddie Mac.Think (really) big, and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision.Create high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes to communicate your work. Use user research and data to inform your reasonings.Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally. Be able to precisely articulate design rationale and goals.Inspire the entire team and our internal partners by bringing new ideas to the table and defining next-generation interfaces.Qualifications:

1-3 years of proven experience building digital products.Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Portfolio showcasing relevant academic or personal projects.Keys to Success in this Role:

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $72,000 - $108,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
