Onsite at our Brick, NJ office. M-F 5:15a-2p and possible rotating Saturdays.
Requirements:
Must have a master's degree in a related field with at least five years of experience in addiction services, with at least two years supervisory experience OR have a doctoral degree in human services, mental health, social work, or medicine, with at least two years supervisory experience and one of the following certifications:
Licensed or Certified Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor
Certified Clinical Supervisor
American Society of Addiction Medicine board certification
American Psychology Association, College of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and Other Psychoactive Substance Use Disorders
American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, Certificate in Added Qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry
Responsibilities:
Assist/direct clinical meetings/case conferences with all clinical staff.
Participation/leadership in treatment team meetings as well as grievance and appeals meetings.
Provide counseling hours to clients, individual or group, per Federal/State requirements.
Maintain and provide supervision on all program, state, and federal paperwork regarding client files.
Manage any personnel issues with regards to clinical staff.
Perform other functions related to the position as required.
