Junior Commercial Property Manager

As we get ready to launch our development near Burnaby, we're seeking a Junior Commercial Property Manager to help oversee our building! This role will have a blend of working both on site and in office.Perks and Benefits:Competitive pay & a Comprehensive Benefits Package with multiple options to choose fromOther benefits include Health Saving Account, Flexible Saving Account, Employee Assistance Program.Generous Referral ProgramFun & collaborative company culture with lots of team building eventsLocal discounts to restaurants and businessesFriends and Family rates at our hospitality brands.What You Will Do:Oversee all day to day building and site operationsDevelop strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendorsManage and provide direction to site staffManage and prioritize tenant service requestsIssue work orders to complete building or site maintenance and improvement workEnsure monthly service contracts are being completed in a timely professional mannerTrack keys and access FOBSMaintain all building and site maintenance logsAssist with tenant move-ins and move-outsWhen needed, assist and help manage tenant improvementsAssist in obtaining bids and budgetingHelp coordinate and manage all tenant appreciation eventsManage and track maintenance inventoryOn-Call emergency response.Other duties as required.What You Will Bring:Minimum 6 months experience of commercial real estate experience.Must be technology/computer proficientMust be personable and reliableHave a good understanding of construction process and practicesMust have a valid driver's license and vehicleMust be able to handle modern technology and be adaptable to changeThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong initiative and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituentsAble to work independently with little supervisionProven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloadsKnowledge about modern HVAC systems would be an asset.About the company:The Onni Group is a leading real estate firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with offices in Toronto, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Chicago.
