K12 Coalition came together when educators with deep experience as teachers, school leaders and high-level district administrators observed a genuine need for something better. Our divisions include iteach, Teaching Channel, Insight Education Group and Lavinia Group.
Location: Remote, available from anywhere within the U.S.
Office and Travel: This role will require 30-40% travel.
The Opportunity
The Partnership Director develops and expands business for all brands across K12 Coalition. Leveraging their strong relationships with school districts, charter networks, state leaders and advocacy partners, the Partnership Director will prospect, match solutions, and close sales in support of the development, retention, and growth of high-quality teachers and administrators, thus creating a positive effect on teaching and learning for our partners.
To increase partnerships across K12 Coalition, the Partnership Director will need to leverage their existing relationships with CMO's and districts, their previous experience in K12 education, and their ability to think strategically. The Partnerships Director reports to the Chief Partnerships Officer.
What You'll Do
Partnerships and Business Development
* Create and execute a clear earned revenue strategy that leverages existing relationships to expand business.* Partner with system and school leaders to match their needs with K12 Coalition's products and services.* Oversee all aspects of partnerships, including creating and developing proposals and pitch decks, utilizing pricing models, conducting presentations and securing business that leads to student impact.* Leverage a deep understanding of the K12 market along with existing relationships with education stakeholders to build K12 Coalition's brand in new states and regions.* Craft proposals and scopes of work that integrate K12 Coalition's products and services in ways that increase value of the partnership to clients.* Develop tailored partnership strategies based on a myriad of variables with clear goals and milestones.* Utilize Salesforce to track and monitor all prospects and partnership opportunities.* Collaborate effectively across teams and divisions to meet organizational goals and sell integrated solutions.* Independently problem solve challenges and present ideas and solutions to management.
Qualifications
* 7-10 years of experience in K-12 education, including 5+ years of K-12 leadership experience as an assistant principal, principal, charter or district level director or managing director, or superintendent* Track record of achieving measurable K-12 student impact results* 3-5 years of partnership development or sales experience in K12 education* Successful track record of building relationships with clients and prospects, securing new work with existing clients, and maintaining partnerships* Extensive experience working in or with leadership at CMOs and/or districts

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 base compensation with an escalating commission plan; contingent upon experience.
