Responsibilities include:Develop strategies and reference architecture for software engineering teams within the Publications Division, specifically focused on business system including sales and marketing operations, revenue operations, editorial operations, and business process and workflow capabilities.Play a key role in engaging IT staff and peers to ensure successful product and policy rolloutProvide leadership in the research and development of new products using cutting edge technologies including Artificial IntelligenceProvide leadership in the research, development, and adherence to application standards, best practices, and patternsResponsible for the planning and design of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure solutionsParticipate in enterprise architectural board (EAB) and other cross-functional technology architecture groups that reviews designs and implementationsOversee and approve the creation of architecture documentationSupport and mentor less experienced architecture staffQualifications should include:

Possess critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge of architecture, enterprise architecture, and application design patternsProven ability to gain knowledge of new technologies and conduct proof of concepts using well-established and innovative software development toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with team members, management, and business customers.

OH-based : This role is based in our Columbus, OH office. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between

26,000 & $171,000

per year.
