The Regional Pricing Manager is an integral part of our Sales team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

Job Summary

The Regional Pricing Manager will be responsible for making strategic pricing decisions for Phibro's North American Region utilizing data analysis, market insights, and customer feedback, collaborating with business leadership, sales teams, and others to drive revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in pricing strategies including cost pass-through analysis, product/SKU rationalization, long tail management, etc.
  • Develop and maintain processes for setting prices, discounting, and managing prices in an ERP system.
  • Maximize GM and drive margin growth through tier pricing structures and strategic pricing decisions.
  • Partner with finance to monitor and analyze margin, price, volume, and discounting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with other departments to drive discussion and decisions around pricing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and in concert with business leaders.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on market and competitive pricing, staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Build cross-portfolio sales offers for specific customers, analyzing blended customer margins.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, finance, or related field.
  • Proven record of success in pricing, pricing management, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, financial tools/systems, and pricing models, including familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
