About the Role

LendingClub is seeking a Senior People Success (Human Resources) Business Partner who is responsible for providing forward-thinking, proactive HR partnership and support to our teams. In this role, you will help create and execute our LC people strategy. You will partner with HR and the business to help educate, advise and influence leaders and employees on issues including retention and engagement, manager and team development, compensation planning, onboarding, training and development. You will leverage data to understand the changing needs of the organization so that you can help them in making better business decisions. The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact; excels in a fast paced, ever changing environment; and is looking to work with a strong and collaborative HR team.

What You'll Do

Provide business leaders with analyses of their organization health by analyzing trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc.Strengthen people managers skills by providing them coaching and leadership developmentProvide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance related issues, including succession planning, employee development, compensation and benefits and performance improvementPromote employee and organizational development including performance management programs, skills gap analysis and individual career developmentSupport talent initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the organizations needs. Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, compensation (equity, bonus, merit), and management developmentDeliver a seamless experience to employees across all HR programs and processes, leveraging LC programs, policies, processes and systemsFacilitate development content for groups of people managers and individual contributorsDemonstrate subject matter expertise across HR functional areasAbout You

5+ years of human resources generalist experience in progressively responsible roles and bachelor's degree in related field of study; or equivalent work experienceAbility to be proactive, to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business leadersDemonstrated ability to support and drive projects through the organization and influence key partners and decisions makersOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicatorCuriosity to understand roles & responsibilities of functions you supportAbility to effectively facilitate groups and coach and counsel employees at all levelsDemonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse employees and leadersFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing prioritiesSolid and broad knowledge of HR practicesKnowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

CompensationThe target base salary range for this position is 136,000-159,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity ,

and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
